Home for the Holidays, 2001
Doc Scantlin and the Imperial Palms Orchestra played for a sold out house at the annual "Home for the Holidays" Dance in Frederick. This is the last military re-enactment event of the year and it was spectacular. The dance organizers created a new layout that dramaatically used the William C. Talley Recreation Center --- Doc was located on a stage at the far end of the long axis of the building. The band was visible from all the tables yet there was a whole lot of room for dancing. Everyone seemed to enjoy the new layout!
