Every Tuesday, there is USUALLY Swing at the Josephine Butler Parks Center, 2437 Fifteenth Street, NW Washington, DC 20009 (That's on on 15th Street in Downtown DC.) 9:30pm-12mn $10 This nicely restored house is between Florida Avenue and Columbia Road right opposite Meridian Hill Park (also known as "Malcolm X Park") We're really glad to see Lindy Hop in the City.

There is usually a DJ Blues Dance in the "Back Room" at Glen Echo -- The "Back Room" (also called the East Addition) is in the space behind the Spanish Ballroom stage. There are a couple entrances, one on the side of the building and one to the left of the main ballroom entrance where the band unloads. One of them will be open $8, beginning blues dance lesson at 8:30 pm and dancing from 9 - 11:30 pm.

Tom and Debra usually have swing dancing after their classes at Chevy Chase Ballroom (CCB). CCB dancing is at 5207 Wisconsin Avenue NW in DC. This is at the corner of Wisconsin and Harrison, just south of Friendship Circle. Very metro convenient. Plenty of places to eat: Cheesecake Factory, Clydes. An elegant civilized neighborhood
